Both parties participate in the process and accept a degree of risk and consideration, which is why we believe it is fair and reasonable for both parties to receive a copy of the report.

If issues are identified, the seller may choose to address them before proceeding with a sale. Even if the buyer decides not to proceed, sharing the report ensures the seller is informed of the vehicle’s condition.
